Foreign Education Counselling Executive

Job Description:

1. Client Consultation:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding student visas, immigration laws, and related procedures.
• Assess client eligibility for various study destinations.

2. Application Preparation:

• Assist clients in completing and submitting study abroad applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare supporting documents, such as letters of recommendation, financial statements, and educational transcripts.

3. Case Management:

• Manage initial consultation to final decision.
• Track application progress and communicate updates to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.

4. Compliance and Research:

• Stay up-to-date with changes in Study abroad laws, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct research on Study options and strategies to better serve clients' needs.

5. Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual circumstances and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other consultants, legal professionals, and government agencies involved in the study process.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to facilitate student placements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business International Relations, or Immigration Studies (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in student consulting, preferably with a focus on student visas.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those commonly spoken by international students.
• SOP Writing
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness to effectively work with clients from different backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
