Visa Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bitrix24 or other CRM software is a plus.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: PKR 65,000 per month
• Incentive Structure: Lucrative commissions (total take-home up to PKR 300,000+ depending on sales)
• Pay Range: PKR 65,000 – 300,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

• Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options aligned with their travel purpose.

Application Preparation & Submission

• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications for major destinations.
• Verify all forms and documents to ensure accuracy and embassy compliance.
• Maintain updated checklists and templates for each visa category.

Follow-ups & Coordination

• Update clients on application status, missing documents, and next steps.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant institutions when needed.

Record Keeping & CRM Management

• Maintain organized and accurate records of applications and communication logs.
• Update the CRM system (Bitrix24) with client details and documentation progress.

Market Knowledge & Compliance

• Stay updated with changes in embassy rules, procedures, and processing times.
• Ensure all applications adhere to visa regulations and company quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
