You will create lasting first impressions through genuine warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service, helping patients feel valued, heard, and supported from the moment they arrive or call.We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team full-time and help uphold our commitment to inspiring better health for our community.Schedule Monday&ndash;Thursday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM (Full-time, in-person; 8-hour shifts )Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, creating exceptional first impressions with warmth and genuine care</li><li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office while reflecting our holistic, root-cause philosophy focused on true wellness</li><li>Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls with empathy, patience, and outstanding customer service</li><li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures about our integrative wellness services)</li><li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email</li><li>Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries</li><li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk</li><li>Update calendars and schedule meetings</li><li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role (healthcare experience is a plus)</li><li>A true love for helping assisting people, answering questions and creating a welcoming environment</li><li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>Customer service attitude with a pleasant, approachable personality to make every patient feel cared for and respected</li><li>High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What inspired you to apply for this position?</li><li>Describe a time when you were the first point of contact for customers/patients/visitors in a previous role.
