Robust Support &amp; Solutions is looking to hire a &quot;Treasury Assistant&quot;.Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6, Night Shift: 9PM to 6AM &ndash; Six days a week &ndash; Monday till Saturday &ndash; On-site Position.Job Overview:The Treasury Executive supports the treasury and finance team in managing the organization&rsquo;s cash flow, banking operations, and financial transactions. This role ensures timely processing of payments, assists with bank reconciliations, maintains treasury records, and helps with liquidity monitoring and reporting.Key Responsibilities:. Direct cash and credit card deposit management operations including; daily cashadministration, management of current accounts and bank relations.&middot; Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met inaccordance with company policies and procedures.&middot; Complete all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing departmentprocesses; prepare correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.&middot; Forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly).&middot; Analyze and solve problems stemming from payment processes.&middot; Review bank charges and provide monthly or quarterly reporting.&middot; Administer and maintain corporate credit card program.&middot; Maintain a backup for all financial data&middot; Annual Banking facility renewal.&middot; Engagement with banks on a regular basis.&middot; Work with internal stakeholders&middot; Pool cash from all bank accounts.&middot; Perform data integrity and balance sheet verification.<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Atleasr 1 year of relevant accounting experience (internships included)</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>If you have the required qualifications for this role, please apply by sharing your resume at ashahed@xclusivetradinginc.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please share your current/ last drawn salary and expecting salary for this role?</li><li>Are you comfortable in working at a night shift, ONSITE(9pm-6am), 6 days a week?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting preferably in a BPO company: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
