Robyn&rsquo;s Nest ARF &ndash; San Diego, CAPart-Time &amp; Full-Time | $18&ndash;$20/hourWeekend availability (Saturday &amp; Sunday) strongly preferredPosition OverviewRobyn&rsquo;s Nest ARF is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide direct care and supervision to residents&bull; Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, mobility, etc.)&bull; Follow and implement individualized care plans&bull; Monitor, document, and report resident progress and concerns&bull; Support residents in developing independence and life skills&bull; Attend and participate in required trainings</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in caregiving, human services, or I/DD support (preferred)&bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills&bull; Dependable, patient, and compassionate&bull; Ability to encourage independence while ensuring safety&bull; High school diploma or GED required&bull; CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)</li></ul>Requirements (Before Start Date)<ul><li>Background check clearance&bull; TB test clearance&bull; Ability to work weekends (Saturday &amp; Sunday required)</li></ul>About UsRobyn&rsquo;s Nest ARF is a person-centered residential facility in San Diego dedicated to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident we serve.Benefits (Optional)<ul><li>Flexible scheduling&bull; Paid training&bull; Opportunities for growth</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $27.15 per hourWork Location: In person
