Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) strongly preferred

Position Overview

Robyn’s Nest ARF is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to residents• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, mobility, etc.)• Follow and implement individualized care plans• Monitor, document, and report resident progress and concerns• Support residents in developing independence and life skills• Attend and participate in required trainings

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, human services, or I/DD support (preferred)• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Dependable, patient, and compassionate• Ability to encourage independence while ensuring safety• High school diploma or GED required• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Requirements (Before Start Date)

• Background check clearance• TB test clearance• Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
