Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals with precision and care, supporting our commitment to exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish</li><li>Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices</li><li>Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials</li><li>Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations</li><li>Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in a timely manner during busy periods</li><li>Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting</li><li>Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques</li><li>Experience working in family diners or high-quality food service environments is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude</li></ul>Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
