This is a high-income opportunity for driven people who want to control how much they earn.Our sales reps help homeowners with roof replacements and repairs by setting inspections, working with homeowners through the process, and helping them get their roofing projects approved and completed.No roofing experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.Compensation Options: We offer two pay structures so you can choose what fits your goals:Option 1 &ndash; Upfront Flat Rate: Get paid a flat rate per job shortly after the contract is signed and approved. This option is great for reps who want faster payouts and steady income.Option 2 &ndash; Higher Commission: Earn a larger commission percentage after the job is completed and fully paid.
