Job Description: Rockland Roofing is hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a high-income opportunity for driven people who want to control how much they earn.

Our sales reps help homeowners with roof replacements and repairs by setting inspections, working with homeowners through the process, and helping them get their roofing projects approved and completed.

No roofing experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Compensation Options: We offer two pay structures so you can choose what fits your goals:

Option 1 – Upfront Flat Rate: Get paid a flat rate per job shortly after the contract is signed and approved. This option is great for reps who want faster payouts and steady income.

Option 2 – Higher Commission: Earn a larger commission percentage after the job is completed and fully paid. This option allows top performers to maximize their earnings.

Most reps earn $80,000–$160,000+ per year, with top performers exceeding that.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about roofing needs
• Set roof inspection appointments
• Educate homeowners about the roofing process and insurance claims when applicable
• Help guide homeowners through the project from inspection to completion
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company
