In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans to promote mental well-being. Embrace a collaborative environment that values innovation, compassion, and professional growth, all while helping clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges with confidence and care.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately identify client needs.</li><li>Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).</li><li>Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety during acute episodes, including crisis management and crisis response protocols.</li><li>Provide specialized support for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, chronic pain, grief issues, addiction concerns, gender identity issues, and other behavioral health conditions.</li><li>Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring accurate coding with CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts and optimize patient care outcomes.</li><li>Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to extend mental health services remotely while adhering to clinical standards.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Valid Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT</li><li>Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnosis documentation.</li><li>Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or individuals with disabilities&mdash;especially those with autism or developmental delays&mdash;is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards is essential.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention and crisis management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, patient education, and collaborative team interactions.</li><li>Telehealth experience is desirable to provide flexible service delivery options.</li><li>Additional certifications in social work or specialized areas such as psychopharmacology or special education are a plus.
