Key Responsibilities1. Estimation &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and structural drawings.</li><li>Conduct detailed Rate Analysis for various construction items (Civil, Finishing, and MEP).</li><li>Assist in the preparation of initial project budgets and cash flow projections.</li></ul>2. Billing &amp; Certification<ul><li>Verify and certify RA (Running Account) Bills submitted by contractors and subcontractors against actual site measurements.</li><li>Process Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS) and ensure strict adherence to IS Code 1200 standards.</li><li>Handle final bill settlements and close-out documentation for completed packages.</li></ul>3. Material Reconciliation &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Perform regular Material Reconciliation (Cement, Steel, Aggregates, etc.) to track theoretical vs. actual consumption.</li><li>Identify variances/wastage and prepare Reconciliation Reports for management review.</li><li>Monitor project costs against the approved budget and flag potential overruns immediately.</li></ul>4. Contracts &amp; Tendering<ul><li>Assist the procurement team in floating inquiries, preparing comparative statements, and vendor negotiation.</li><li>Draft and review Work Orders and Sub-Contractor agreements.</li><li>Manage variation orders (Change Orders) and claims management.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain a robust MIS (Management Information System) regarding daily progress, billing status, and material inward/outward.</li><li>Review and approve Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).</li></ul>Technical Requirements<ul><li>Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). NICMAR (QS) certification is a plus.</li><li>Software Proficiency:</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is non-negotiable.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (for extracting measurements).</li><li>Experience with ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Highrise) is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with MSP (Microsoft Projects) is an advantage.</li><li>Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IS Codes (specifically IS 1200), CPWD specifications, and local market rates in Bangalore.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
