This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with both people and numbers. This position will be 50% People and Competence and 50% accounting related work.ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:&middot; Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, support training documentation, offboarding, and benefits administration.&middot; Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.&middot; Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and new hire documentation.&middot; Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.&middot; Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.&middot; Oversee leave management including FMLA, LOA and assist with Disability claims.&middot; Facilitate Worker&rsquo;s Compensation and injury trackingAccounting:&middot; Process payroll and ensure accurate reporting of employee compensation.&middot; Process accounts payable/receivable data entry and reconciliation&middot; Support monthly and year-end financial reportingQualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred&middot; 2+ years of experience in HR or accounting; experience in both is highly preferred.&middot; Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS platforms.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel&middot; Excellent organizational and communication skills.&middot; Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.What We Offer&middot; A dynamic and supportive work environment.&middot; Opportunities for cross-functional growth and development.&middot; Competitive salary and benefits package.&middot; Flexible work arrangements (if applicable).Pay: $54,000.00 - $62,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Holland, MI 49423
