Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Mower/Landscaper, where you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional outdoor environments that inspire and delight clients.Duties<ul><li>Operate lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently and safely</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and weed control to keep properties pristine</li><li>Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and trowels for planting, soil preparation, and general groundskeeping</li><li>Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls through cleaning and minor repairs</li><li>Assist with snow plowing and de-icing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients</li><li>Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate equipment like chainsaws or excavators when necessary</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools; perform basic mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal operation</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment and power tools for troubleshooting and maintenance</li><li>Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping with a focus on lawn care and landscape maintenance</li><li>Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment when needed for larger projects</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant health, irrigation systems, and tree care practices</li><li>Skilled in using hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks</li><li>Familiarity with hardscape installation and maintenance techniques for patios or walkways</li><li>Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in diverse weather conditions; attention to detail ensures high-quality results</li></ul>Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces!
