Whether working in a lively nightclub setting or a refined fine dining restaurant, your enthusiasm and dedication will elevate every guest interaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards</li><li>Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs to ensure a smooth flow of service</li><li>Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and uphold food safety standards</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining guest relations with professionalism</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces, adhering to sanitation regulations</li><li>Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in both restaurant or nightclub settings</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving or host/hostess positions</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts</li><li>Proven ability in upselling menu items to enhance sales performance</li><li>Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations</li><li>Experience working in fine dining environments or nightclubs is preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service!Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.30 - $26.85 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
