This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, engage with diverse clientele, and be a vital part of our vibrant venue.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.</li><li>Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order management.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.</li><li>Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is advantageous; restaurant or retail experience is a plus.</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older (where applicable) with valid food handling certification if required by local regulations.
