Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order management.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is advantageous; restaurant or retail experience is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (where applicable) with valid food handling certification if required by local regulations.
