Job Title - Front Desk ExecutiveJob Location - Sahara Healthcare Centre - Sahara Center Mall - SharjahKey Responsibilities :<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests, clients, or customers politely and professionally.</li><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.</li><li>Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules.</li><li>Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.</li><li>Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area, cabins, meeting rooms, and conference rooms with all the necessary stationery (pens, forms, papers, etc.).</li><li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.</li><li>Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with security, housekeeping, or office staff as needed.</li><li>Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.).</li><li>Be willing to do Back-office and administrative work as per the training.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.</li><li>Quick thinking and presence of mind in handling queries or issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
