Job Title - Front Desk Executive
Job Location - Sahara Healthcare Centre - Sahara Center Mall - Sharjah
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, or customers politely and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area, cabins, meeting rooms, and conference rooms with all the necessary stationery (pens, forms, papers, etc.).
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, or office staff as needed.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.).
- Be willing to do Back-office and administrative work as per the training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Quick thinking and presence of mind in handling queries or issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
