Job Title - Front Desk Executive

Job Location - Sahara Healthcare Centre - Sahara Center Mall - Sharjah

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, or customers politely and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area, cabins, meeting rooms, and conference rooms with all the necessary stationery (pens, forms, papers, etc.).
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, or office staff as needed.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.).
  • Be willing to do Back-office and administrative work as per the training.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Quick thinking and presence of mind in handling queries or issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
