The Graphic Designer/Marketing for Earth Organic Coffee will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to grow the brand&rsquo;s presence locally and internationally. This role will position the brand as both a specialty coffee destination and a sustainable, premium lifestyle brand. The role will oversee campaigns, content, and community engagement, ensuring alignment with the brand ethos of &ldquo;From Soil to Soul&rdquo; and &ldquo;Space for Each Other.&rdquo;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-quality visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotions</li><li>Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms</li><li>Design packaging, menus, labels, and in-store materials</li><li>Develop creative assets for seasonal campaigns and product launches</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life</li><li>Ensure all designs align with the brand&rsquo;s earthy, minimal, and premium aesthetic</li><li>Support content creation by enhancing photos/videos with strong design elements</li><li>Work with external vendors (printers, suppliers) when needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design (F&amp;B, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred)</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging design</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media trends and marketing</li><li>Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with coffee, F&amp;B, or lifestyle brands</li><li>Basic photography or video editing skills</li><li>Understanding of branding and marketing strategies</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Must be able to reliably commute to Doha or relocate before starting</li><li>Language: Arabic &amp; English (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
