The Graphic Designer/Marketing for Earth Organic Coffee will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to grow the brand’s presence locally and internationally. This role will position the brand as both a specialty coffee destination and a sustainable, premium lifestyle brand. The role will oversee campaigns, content, and community engagement, ensuring alignment with the brand ethos of “From Soil to Soul” and “Space for Each Other.”
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotions
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Design packaging, menus, labels, and in-store materials
- Develop creative assets for seasonal campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s earthy, minimal, and premium aesthetic
- Support content creation by enhancing photos/videos with strong design elements
- Work with external vendors (printers, suppliers) when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design (F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and marketing
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with coffee, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Basic photography or video editing skills
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute to Doha or relocate before starting
