Please also be efficient in time-management on slow nights.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using TOAST POS System</li><li>Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and promote specials to boost sales.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards.</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders to prevent shortages during busy shifts.</li><li>Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments; banquet experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST; previous cashiering or retail math experience is advantageous.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in sales techniques and customer service excellence to enhance guest satisfaction.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management.</li><li>Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with brewing or catering services is beneficial.
