Medium sized (twenty-one attorneys and) growing Manhattan Landlord-Tenant firm seeks associate attorney with minimum five (5) years&rsquo; experience in NYC Landlord-Tenant Litigation. Applicant should have strong background in at least one of the following three fields: i) drafting of pleadings, substantive motions, memorandum of law, post-trial and appellate briefs, ii) an established court room presence &ndash; having conducted settlement conferences, argued varied motions, conducted depositions, engaged in pre-trial conferences, conducted trials and argued appeals, iii) litigated before administrative agencies such as DHCR, HPD, DHR, and OATH - to include having prepared responses to tenant&rsquo;s complaints, PARs, Article 78 petitions and conducted hearings at various agencies.
