Apply in person between 1:00-3:00 tuesday-sunday,Pay 10.98 per hour + TipsCall the phone number by the front doors so we can let you in to applyDuties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces to adhere to food safety standards.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures; process payments efficiently.</li><li>Restock bar supplies regularly and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages during busy hours.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet functions to ensure seamless service delivery in various settings like nightclubs or food industry events.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or banquet settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and sales processing.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage diverse guests confidently.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper beverage preparation techniques.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.</li><li>Experience in catering or large event service to handle high-volume serving scenarios professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of the food industry trends such as brewing techniques or beverage pairings is a plus.
