Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Associate) to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for someone with experience, or a strong interest, in defending employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured employers in workers' compensation claims. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented and work well under pressure. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have pride in work product.Position Responsibilities:Assist with daily incoming mail and faxesFoundation AI and Merus case management experience is required.
