Health Care System seeks to add a Physician Assistant to work directly with an Orthopedic Surgeon with a Spine Fellowship. <ul><li>This position includes two days in the OR and three days in the clinic. </li><li>The position will be spine focused but also will include some general orthopedics. </li><li>The group has their own MRI, Physical Therapy Center and ASC. </li><li>The Physician Assistant would run an orthopedic clinic parallel to the doctor. </li><li>Physician Assistants need to be self-starters that are self-motivated! </li><li>Responsibilities include: H&P s, patient evaluation and education, refers for diagnostic treatment, first assist, review lab results, write scripts, treat basic fractures, joint injection and aspiration, hospital rounds and call within a clinic setting.</li><li>Successful Physician Assistants must be NCCPA-Certified, have an orthopedic rotation, and should have a connection to the region. </li><li>The location is within the Morristown, NJ area.</li><li>Compensation: Salary is open (depends on experience), plus a bonus. Excellent benefits package!</li></ul>
