They should have a strong understanding of real estate roles, a wide recruitment network, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>End-to-End Recruitment</li></ul>Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate sales roles, from sourcing to joining.Understand manpower requirements from the Sales leadership team and create hiring plans accordingly.Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and industry contacts.<ul><li>Market Networking &amp; Talent Mapping</li></ul>Leverage a strong network of sales professionals and recruiters within the real estate ecosystem.Build and maintain a talent pipeline of real estate sales professionals (field sales, pre-sales, channel sales, CRM, etc.).Stay updated with competitor hiring activities and market salary benchmarks.<ul><li>Candidate Assessment &amp; Screening</li></ul>Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit (sales skills, real estate experience, presentation).Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews, feedback, and final selection. The recruiter will be responsible for fulfilling both white-collar (Managerial/Executive) and blue-collar (Operations/Support Staff) hiring needs for resorts, villas, and hospitality properties.
