JOB BRIEF

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our marketing department at Jogeshwari. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of real estate marketing, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

· Support the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and event coordination.

· Help with market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

· Maintain organized records of marketing materials and campaign results.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

· Coordinate communication with vendors and clients as needed.

Requirements:

· Recent graduate or diploma holder in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus.

· Professional and presentable demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong MS Office skills.

· Familiarity with social media platforms.

· Interest in real estate and property marketing.
