Remote work is not available.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support the VP of Operations and IT in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role provides administrative and coordination support to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including production, quality, and compliance-related activities.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups</li><li>Assist in tracking operational priorities, projects, and action items across departments</li><li>Coordinate communication between operations, quality, engineering, and leadership teams</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed</li><li>Maintain organized records, files, and operational documentation</li><li>Support audit preparation efforts by organizing documentation and tracking requirements</li><li>Assist with internal coordination related to compliance, reporting, and operational initiatives</li><li>Help ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and departmental deliverables</li><li>Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with a willingness to learn</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality</li></ul>Strongly Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>At least 2-3 years of prior administrative or coordinator experience</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment</li><li>Exposure to quality systems (AS9100 / ISO 9001) or regulated environments is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus</li></ul>Compensation &amp; SchedulePay: $22.00 &ndash; $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM - Overtime may be requiredApplication RequirementsTo be considered:<ul><li>Submit a current resume that clearly shows your present employer or current work status</li><li>Include an explanation for any employment gaps</li><li>Include the salary you are seeking</li></ul>Resumes that do not show current employment status may not be reviewed.Company Culture: Rotair Aerospace Corporation is a family-owned business that prides itself on fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
