Round Rock ISD is looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support our Print Services Department with day-to-day operations and help keep things running smoothly.About the Role:As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide secretarial, clerical, and office support to the Print Services Department supervisor and staff. This is a hands-on role where strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities will make a real difference.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide clerical and administrative support including preparing forms, correspondence, reports, newsletters, announcements, and bulletins.</li><li>Serve as receptionist: screen and route phone calls, greet visitors, arrange meetings, and manage appointments for department staff.</li><li>Process and manage purchase orders, requisitions, budget amendments, travel requests, payroll forms, and related documents.</li><li>Maintain office filing systems including classifying, coding, and records management; order and maintain office supply inventory.</li><li>Assist with special projects and events; support customers with inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Support administration of state-mandated testing at campuses in compliance with state and federal guidelines.</li><li>Participate in professional development and team-building activities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum two years of secretarial, clerical, or office work experience.</li><li>Proficiency in standard computer applications including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread and edit documents.</li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, maintain emotional control under stress, and work with frequent interruptions.</li></ul>Why Round Rock ISD?
