<ul><li>Deliver a top-notch customer experience through proactive communication.</li>
<li>Interact with customers to identify needs and opportunities for new/used vehicle sales presentations.</li>
<li>Work closely with the BDC Manager and team to ensure all sales leads are properly tracked in the CRM.</li>
<li>Complete outbound and inbound phone calls as assigned.</li>
<li>Cross-train for internet lead management and telephone prospecting roles.</li>
<li>Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories to educate customers effectively.</li>
<li>Attend product and sales training sessions and sales meetings as required.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional appearance at all times.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h4>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Strong reading and writing skills for business communication and documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.</li>
<li>Basic math skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and percentages.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and follow written and oral instructions.</li>
<li>Clean driving record and valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li>
<li>Ability to complete 100 plus calls and email per shift</li>
<li>Ability to set appointments</li>
