Route 128 Honda is looking for a BDC Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to educate customers on our products and features while delivering an exceptional experience.

- Deliver a top-notch customer experience through proactive communication.
- Interact with customers to identify needs and opportunities for new/used vehicle sales presentations.
- Work closely with the BDC Manager and team to ensure all sales leads are properly tracked in the CRM.
- Complete outbound and inbound phone calls as assigned.
- Cross-train for internet lead management and telephone prospecting roles.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories to educate customers effectively.
- Attend product and sales training sessions and sales meetings as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong reading and writing skills for business communication and documentation.
- Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and percentages.
- Ability to interpret and follow written and oral instructions.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to complete 100 plus calls and email per shift
- Ability to set appointments
