Job Overview Join our team at Route 66 Pharmacy in the heart of Needles, California, a close-knit remote community where you can make a real difference! We&rsquo;re seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our retail pharmacy operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently</li><li>Perform medication intake and verification processes.</li><li>Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to patients in a retail pharmacy setting</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations</li><li>Perform general pharmacy tasks, including prescription processing and organization.</li><li>Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Valid California Pharmacy Technician License</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care</li><li>Ability to thrive in a small, remote town environment</li><li>Strong understanding of medical terminology</li><li>Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate patient care.</li><li>Familiarity with pharmacy software systems Digital RX for medication management.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be a vital part of a tight-knit community in Needles, CA</li><li>Competitive pay and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic retail pharmacy setting</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
