 Rover 1 is looking to hire a Strategic Planner who enjoys developing problem-solving approaches to a variety of mission-related challenges in support of an Intelligence Community customer. This person will be responsible for managing a large-scale transition of sensitive programs from an Intelligence Community stakeholder to a Department of Defense stakeholder. Responsibilities

  <li>
   Develop and apply structured problem-solving approaches to complex, mission-related challenges across a dynamic operational environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, coordinate, and manage the large-scale transition of sensitive programs between Intelligence Community and Department of Defense stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Engage with senior stakeholders to align transition timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce and maintain planning documentation, transition roadmaps, and status reporting to support leadership decision-making
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify risks and dependencies throughout the transition lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies What You&rsquo;ll Bring

  <li>
   Proven leadership experience in a complex, dynamic environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience collaborating with interagency partners and integrating diverse capabilities and resources
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience managing complex programs or operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and organizations Benefits
