Rover 1 is looking to hire a Strategic Planner who enjoys developing problem-solving approaches to a variety of mission-related challenges in support of an Intelligence Community customer. This person will be responsible for managing a large-scale transition of sensitive programs from an Intelligence Community stakeholder to a Department of Defense stakeholder. Responsibilities

Develop and apply structured problem-solving approaches to complex, mission-related challenges across a dynamic operational environment

Plan, coordinate, and manage the large-scale transition of sensitive programs between Intelligence Community and Department of Defense stakeholders

Engage with senior stakeholders to align transition timelines, priorities, and deliverables

Produce and maintain planning documentation, transition roadmaps, and status reporting to support leadership decision-making

Identify risks and dependencies throughout the transition lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies What You’ll Bring
