Strategic Planner - Mission Objectives with Security Clearance

Rover 1 is looking to hire a Strategic Planner who enjoys developing problem-solving approaches to a variety of mission-related challenges in support of an Intelligence Community customer. This person will be responsible for managing a large-scale transition of sensitive programs from an Intelligence Community stakeholder to a Department of Defense stakeholder. Responsibilities

• Develop and apply structured problem-solving approaches to complex, mission-related challenges across a dynamic operational environment
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the large-scale transition of sensitive programs between Intelligence Community and Department of Defense stakeholders
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align transition timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Produce and maintain planning documentation, transition roadmaps, and status reporting to support leadership decision-making
• Identify risks and dependencies throughout the transition lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies What You’ll Bring
