Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong performance marketing expertise and hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon (US) and Walmart Marketplace (U.S. equivalent to Flipkart), as well as TikTok Shop / TikTok marketing. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who can run paid campaigns, optimize marketplace performance, and create compelling content for multiple product lines&mdash;preferably with experience in Ayurveda, herbal wellness, or natural beauty brands.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace ad platforms (Amazon PPC, Walmart Sponsored Ads).</li><li>Conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and drive lower CAC while improving ROAS.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly dashboards and insights to leadership.</li></ul>Marketplace Management (USA)<ul><li>End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central: listings, SEO optimization, keyword research, pricing, reviews, A+ content, inventory coordination.</li><li>Manage TikTok Shop including product uploads, influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, and trend-based content creation.</li><li>Oversee Walmart Marketplace (if applicable) including product listings, catalog quality, promotions, and advertising.</li><li>Track marketplace analytics and continually improve conversion rate, buy-box win rate, and organic rankings.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Brand Storytelling<ul><li>Create or coordinate photo/video content for product pages, social media, blogs, and ads.</li><li>Write compelling product descriptions, brand stories, and educational content around wellness and Ayurveda.</li><li>Develop a consistent brand voice across all platforms.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Influencer Management<ul><li>Manage organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.</li><li>Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and affiliates to drive sales.</li><li>Develop viral-ready short-form video concepts and oversee production.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Own KPIs: ROAS, CAC, Revenue, Repeat Rate, Conversion Rate, Marketplace Seller Metrics.</li><li>Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Implement tools and dashboards for deeper understanding of customer behavior and trends.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in performance marketing + marketplace operations.</li><li>Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and TikTok for business.</li><li>Experience with Walmart Marketplace or other U.S. eCommerce platforms is a plus.</li><li>Proven ability to create or coordinate high-quality content (video, static, product descriptions).</li><li>Understanding of Ayurvedic products, herbal wellness, natural supplements, or the beauty/wellness sector (preferred).</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Amazon PPC, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Traits<ul><li>Passion for Ayurveda, holistic wellness, herbal nutrition, or natural healing.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with product, creative, supply chain, and leadership teams.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple product lines.</li><li>Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities and drives growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;17,420.74 - &#8377;71,436.66 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
