We value dedication, teamwork, and a passion for food, offering a lively atmosphere where your contributions make a real impact.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and cook a variety of menu items efficiently during morning and evening shifts, ensuring quality and consistency.</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly.</li><li>Handle cashier duties including cash handling, food sales, upselling menu items, and providing friendly customer service.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.</li><li>Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains organized and welcoming.</li><li>Manage time effectively to meet service demands during busy hours while maintaining high standards of food preparation.</li><li>Support team members with food industry best practices, including food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in fast-paced food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred.</li><li>Proven culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques across various cuisines.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.</li><li>Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for retail transactions is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Previous restaurant or caf&eacute; experience demonstrating excellent serving skills and teamwork in a busy setting.
