Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, and maintaining out accounting system in QuickBooks Desktop. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys ownership of financial processes and working closely with leadership to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities - Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience (Required)- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll- Lead and compete the monthly close process including journal entries and reconciliations-Maintain and manage accounting records in QuickBooks Desktop-Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow)- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations- Monitor cash flow and financial performance- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting- Coordinate with external CPA firm for tax fillings and year-end reporting- Ensure accurate financial records and maintain strong internal accounting controlsPay: $67,000.00 - $83,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
