Senior Accountant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, and maintaining out accounting system in QuickBooks Desktop. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys ownership of financial processes and working closely with leadership to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience (Required)

- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

- Lead and compete the monthly close process including journal entries and reconciliations

-Maintain and manage accounting records in QuickBooks Desktop

-Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow)

- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

- Monitor cash flow and financial performance

- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting

- Coordinate with external CPA firm for tax fillings and year-end reporting

- Ensure accurate financial records and maintain strong internal accounting controls

Pay: $67,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
