Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily marine, shipping, and logistics operations.</li><li>Monitor vessel movements and ensure smooth port operations.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, agents, port authorities, and service providers.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of operational activities and documentation.</li><li>Lead and support operational staff to achieve performance targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and port regulations.</li><li>Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years' experience in marine, shipping, or logistics operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oman port operations and maritime procedures.</li><li>Experience in supervising teams and coordinating operational activities.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Valid GCC/Oman driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
