Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily marine, shipping, and logistics operations.
• Monitor vessel movements and ensure smooth port operations.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, port authorities, and service providers.
• Ensure timely execution of operational activities and documentation.
• Lead and support operational staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and port regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in marine, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of Oman port operations and maritime procedures.
• Experience in supervising teams and coordinating operational activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid GCC/Oman driving license is an advantage.
