Job Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive footfall, and boost sales for the Jewels &amp; Sarees showroom. This role involves planning campaigns, managing digital and offline promotions, coordinating events, and analyzing market trends to position the brand effectively in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning:<ul><li>Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and seasonal peaks (festivals, weddings).</li><li>Identify target customer segments and craft strategies to engage them effectively.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt marketing approaches.</li></ul>Campaign Management:<ul><li>Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including offers, discounts, and festive collections.</li><li>Manage digital marketing efforts such as social media, email marketing, and online ads.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for advertising, branding, and PR activities.</li></ul>Event Management &amp; Customer Engagement:<ul><li>Organize in-store events, fashion shows, product launches, and customer loyalty programs.</li><li>Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Manager to enhance client engagement and retention.</li><li>Plan and manage bridal trousseau exhibitions and exclusive preview events.</li></ul>Brand Building &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.</li><li>Develop creative content for print, digital, and in-store promotional materials.</li><li>Manage the showroom&rsquo;s social media presence and website updates.</li></ul>Budget &amp; Performance Tracking:<ul><li>Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently.</li><li>Track campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Optimize marketing spend based on ROI and business goals.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, jewellery, or luxury sectors.</li><li>Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels</li><li>Creative thinking and strong communication skills</li><li>Event planning and vendor management expertise</li><li>Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness</li><li>Proficiency with marketing tools and social media platforms</li></ul>Preferred Traits:<ul><li>Passion for ethnic fashion and jewellery</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects</li><li>Team player with leadership capabilities</li><li>Adaptable to evolving market trends</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
