Orono Middle School is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to serve as the central point of contact for the school community. This role is the face of the school and the first person students, families, staff, and visitors encounter&mdash;setting the tone for a welcoming, professional, and responsive environment.The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the daily operations of the main office, ensuring smooth and efficient systems that support students and staff. This includes monitoring and maintaining student data, overseeing school-level fiscal processes, and coordinating communication across the school community.
