We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, secure new FM contracts, and build strong relationships in the UAE market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Facility Management.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, and key clients.</li><li>Lead tendering, proposals, and commercial submissions.</li><li>Conduct site visits and market research to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and achieve sales and revenue targets.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.</li><li>7-10 years of proven BDM/Sales experience in Facility Management or related industries (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of FM operations, MEP/HVAC, soft services, and manpower planning.</li><li>Demonstrated success in winning large FM contracts or tenders.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong UAE market network and understanding of local business practices.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license required.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Facilities Management: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
