Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, secure new FM contracts, and build strong relationships in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Facility Management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, and key clients.
• Lead tendering, proposals, and commercial submissions.
• Conduct site visits and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 7-10 years of proven BDM/Sales experience in Facility Management or related industries (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of FM operations, MEP/HVAC, soft services, and manpower planning.
• Demonstrated success in winning large FM contracts or tenders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong UAE market network and understanding of local business practices.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
