We are looking a candidate Admin/ HR Executive - MumbaiJob Overview:The Admin &amp; HR Executive will play a dual role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the office and supporting core HR functions. The position involves a strong focus on administrative responsibilities, along with assistance in HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:Administrative <ul><li>Manage office facilities including housekeeping, supplies, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Maintain administrative records, contracts, AMC, lease agreements, and insurance documents.</li><li>Handle logistics such as travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees and clients.</li><li>Coordinate repair and maintenance of office assets and manage utility bills.</li><li>Support management in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and internal communication.</li><li>Ensure compliance with administrative processes and maintain related documentation.</li></ul>Human Resources<ul><li>Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and induction of new employees.</li><li>Coordinate recruitment activities &ndash; schedule interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.</li><li>Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing internal events.</li><li>Communicate basic HR policies and assist in routing employee concerns or grievances.</li><li>Liaise with payroll or HRMS teams for monthly inputs and data updates.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.</li><li>Preferred Immediate joiner</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in administrative or combined Admin +HR roles.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software is a plus.</li></ul>kindly forward your updated resume to hr@rtwlogistics.netJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
