Position SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate loves helping people, thinks quickly on their feet, and communicates clearly across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.</li><li>Identify and assess customers&rsquo; needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.</li><li>Troubleshoot common technical or product issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.</li><li>Process orders, forms, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM.</li><li>Provide proactive follow-up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams (product, sales, marketing) to improve processes.</li><li>Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>1+ years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong active listening and empathy skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.</li><li>Basic proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom).</li><li>Bilingual (fluency in [second language] is a plus).</li><li>Previous experience in [industry-specific context, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare].</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Problem-solving mindset</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Patience and emotional intelligence</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Time management</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: QAR75,000.00 - QAR85,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
