Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate loves helping people, thinks quickly on their feet, and communicates clearly across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot common technical or product issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Process orders, forms, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM.
  • Provide proactive follow-up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams (product, sales, marketing) to improve processes.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).

QualificationsRequired

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and empathy skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom).
  • Bilingual (fluency in [second language] is a plus).
  • Previous experience in [industry-specific context, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare].

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR75,000.00 - QAR85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
