Job Title: Receptionist / Hostess

Salary: QAR 3,000 - QAR 4,000 (Based on knowledge and experience) PLUS company provided shared accommodation, to and from work transportation, and 1 duty meal

Job Summary: The Female Receptionist / Hostess is the elegant ambassador and focal point of our luxury cafe. This role is paramount in creating a sophisticated first impression by managing the guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will seamlessly handle reservations, control the dining flow, and maintain the impeccable standards of service and presentation expected in Riyadh's premium hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

• Offer an exceptionally warm, elegant, and professional welcome and farewell to all guests, managing the initial impression of the cafe.
• Efficiently manage the cafe's table reservations and digital waitlist system to optimize seating and minimize guest waiting times.
• Answer all guest inquiries with polished professional etiquette, accurately handling booking inquiries and special requests.
• Maintain an immaculate and well-organized appearance of the reception area, entrance, and waiting lounge at all times.
• Control the seating flow of the dining area, ensuring an even distribution of tables among the service staff.
• Proactively identify and address basic guest concerns related to seating or reservations, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Act as a knowledgeable brand and menu ambassador, providing accurate information on promotions, specials, and retail items.
• Assist the management team with light administrative duties, including preparing daily reservation sheets and filing guest correspondence.
• Ensure a consistent, impeccable standard of personal grooming and professional presentation that aligns with the luxury brand image.
• Communicate effectively with the Host and Service teams regarding VIP arrivals, large groups, or special occasions to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a high-profile customer-facing role, such as a Hostess, Customer Service, Receptionist, or in luxury retail/hotel front office. Must possess an impeccable, elegant presentation and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with polished telephone and email etiquette. Proficiency in managing digital reservation systems and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for serving the diverse international clientele. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred and will be viewed as a significant asset for local guest interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
