About the Role:

Join our luxury chocolate boutique as a Female Cashier and become part of a team delivering exceptional experiences to our valued clientele. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every transaction is seamless and every interaction reflects the sophistication of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change with precision
• Maintain an organized and pristine cashier counter, reflecting our luxury standards
• Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold brand presentation, standards, and security procedures

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Fluent in Tagalog and English; Arabic is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of cashier experience, preferably in retail or F&B luxury brands
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Professional, elegant appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
