Job Summary

A Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience by providing excellent customer service, accurate order handling, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Present menus and explain items clearly
  • Make recommendations (food & drinks)
  • Ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of

2. Order Taking & Service

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Input orders correctly into POS system
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
  • Check back with guests during service

3. Table Management

  • Set up tables according to standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently
  • Ensure proper flow of seating

4. Product Knowledge

  • Understand full menu (ingredients, allergens, preparation)
  • Know daily specials and promotions
  • Be able to upsell confidently

5. Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Follow all hygiene and safety standards
  • Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
  • Keep service stations clean and organized

6. Teamwork

  • Communicate with kitchen and bar clearly
  • Support teammates during busy hours
  • Assist in opening and closing duties

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems
  • Previous experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
